I started small: building daily to-do templates in Notion just for myself, because I wanted a system that actually fit how I work. I shared a few with friends, then a few more with strangers online, and it snowballed from there. Somewhere along the way one of them, the Agency Kit, became Notion's #1 template for agencies, according to Notion.
That's the short version of how Notionland happened. A one-stop shop for Notion templates, tools, and tutorials, all in one place, so you don't have to dig through fifty browser tabs to find a planner that actually works for you.
I'm a Notion Certified Creator, which means I've gone through Notion's own certification process and I build templates that follow their best practices for structure, performance, and usability. Every template on this site that's built by Notionland (you'll see the "Notionland" tag) is something I designed, tested, and use myself before it ever goes up for sale.
The rest of the gallery is a curated mix from other creators in the Notion community. I don't just accept anything that gets submitted. If it's cluttered, slow, or doesn't solve a real problem, it doesn't make the cut.
My work has been featured by Notion itself, along with Gridfiti, NotionZen, and other well-known names in the Notion space.
I've spent years building and scaling businesses (including one agency that grew to seven figures before we sold it), and Notion has been part of my own workflow through all of it. Templates aren't just nice-to-haves for me, they're how I actually run things. That's the standard I hold everything on this site to: would I use this myself to run my own business or life? If not, it's not going up.
I post regularly on X/Twitter, and I share more of my Notion templates and writing over at themattbio.com. If you want to talk directly, head to the contact page.
